Having worked with Miles and Shawn in the past it was clear that they had the experience and expertise to be our choice for a second purchase. Following this purchase, we chose them again, this time to sell. We would be happy and pleased to recommend them to friends and family. Miles and Shawn left no stone un-turned and left no detail unattended. We were always informed and felt as if they were working with us far outside of what I would consider typical working hours. Always reachable and ready to help. Miles and Shawn went above and beyond what I would have thought to expect. They were instrumental in working through the purchase of our home with all of the extra items that were found during the inspection process and needed to be corrected prior to finalizing the purchase. They had the knowledge and the willingness to help everything go smoothly and then continued to follow up after the sale to ensure that things were satisfactory with the repairs. Miles and Shawn understood that while we had an initial interest in the property, we were not sold on the price and condition of the home. They were patient and refrained from constant calls while we deliberated and were ready when we called with a direction. They are there to help with any aspect of the process, but also understand how to not be intrusive when you need time to work through the decision. That said, they are not bashful about calling when there are things to discuss, good news or bad news. If it is bad news, don't fear, they probably already have a plan of attack to propose.
