My daughter and I were certain that we wanted a home in St. Joseph's. We were, however unsure if we wanted a year-round home, one with some character, or one that needed a bit of work. We cruised through several of the homes that we selected knowing pretty quickly that they were not going to work for us. We took Michael up to Coloma and back down to St. Joe's. We thought we would have to return for another visit and search when we happened about a home that looked very interesting. We called Michael and he met us at this home in a matter of minutes. We purchased the home after some deliberations. Michael was not ever discouraging as we deliberated the price. We are so very happy with our new home. It was fun to bring Michael along during our exploration. Michael was very communicative throughout the process. He was very professional and remained available. We appreciated this experience and we are extremely happy with Michael's professionalism.

I utilized Cynthia as my out of state sales agent. She stayed in touch over a long period of time and we finally listed. I appreciated her earning the listing and staying in touch over the winter. The pictures and drone work was exceptional (hired out and still the best I've seen). The home went under contract fast (days) and we had a long closing period due to lender/title company issues. She stayed on top throughout the process and had a relationship that was very helpful at the end. I know she is available long days and knows when to text, email and call depending on the importance of the situation. She is knowledgeable and capable. I would suggest any buyer or seller spell out what's expected and she will stay on track and get it done. If your home doesn't sell right away, what do you expect her to do? Inspections are critical and you may want her to attend. Cynthia's attendance at the final walk through was important and helpful for all parties. Overall, I would use Cynthia again and have referred her to a family member which is the greatest compliment!
